Refund policy

Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the cost of the returned item will be refunded upon approval. To start a return, you can contact us at info@deoblock.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@deoblock.com.

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your initial subscription purchase of a product from DEO Company LLC, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery.

The "100% Money Back Guarantee" applies to the first subscription order of a product only. Recurring subscription orders beyond the first order placed for a product by any customer are not eligible for refund. 

Due to the significant discount applied to subscription enrollment, we do not offer refunds on subsequent or recurring subscription orders. If you subscribe to a product and do not cancel prior to renewal processing, we are unable to refund recurring shipments that have been placed and paid for.  

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, excessive returns, resale activity, or violation of these Terms.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@deoblock.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@deoblock.com.

Preorders

If a product is listed as a preorder, the estimated shipping timeline will be stated on the product page or at checkout.

Preorders are eligible for a full refund if canceled before the order has shipped. Once a preorder has shipped, it is subject to our standard 30-day Return and Refund Policy under the same conditions as all other orders.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated before contacting us, the "100% Money Back Guarantee" is void. We are unable to issue refunds on orders associated with a chargeback. We encourage customers to contact us directly at info@deoblock.com so we can resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders placed with intent to resell.
  • Bulk purchases beyond normal consumer quantities.
  • Misuse of the 100% Money Back Guarantee.
  • Failure to cancel subscription prior to renewal.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
